Chicken

Chicken seems to be a favorite go-to source of protein. Unlike the early- to mid-twentieth century, when chicken was relegated to the Sunday dinner table, it's now an anytime meal. Here are six chicken recipes that are diabetic-friendly (actually, anyone can eat these), including Chicken Cordon Bleu and Teriyaki Kebabs. Enjoy!
