Chili

Have you ever wondered if type 2 diabetes could turn into type 1? (Okay, now you're wondering, even if you hadn't wondered this before.)

According to an article in Diabetes Self-Management, the short answer is "no." But while it is possible to be diagnosed with type 2 and later learn that one has type 1, it would mean that that person was misdiagnosed with type 2.

Confused? That's perfectly understandable. But if you'd like a better understanding of the differences between the two types, check out "Can Type 2 Diabetes Turn Into Type 1?" The article will help take some of the confusion out of the mix.

And now, on to the recipes.

For many of us, chili seems like one of those meals best served when it's cold out. While autumn and winter are good times for chili, there's no reason not to enjoy it when the weather is warming up.

Here are six yummy chili recipes to help you through the day, including Steak Roasted Tomato and Bean Chili and Easy Vegan Tempeh Chili. Enjoy!
